Publish your database in an InDesign document with just one click
At Nousmedis we specialize in the automation of catalogs, brochures, price lists and product sheets, using the EasyCatalog plug-in for Adobe InDesign. Therefore, in collaboration with 65bit, we have developed a customized data source provider between EasyCatalog and Ninox, so that you can import the data stored in Ninox into InDesign with a simple mouse click. The connection between Ninox and your catalog is kept “live” at all times, so once you have placed the data on one or more pages in InDesign, EasyCatalog will alert you if any of your collaborators have made last-minute changes in Ninox, such as updating a price or discontinuing a product, that need to be reflected in your catalog, brochure or product sheet. Just select the “update document” command and all changes will be reflected in a matter of minutes. Although we will use the direct connection to Ninox through its API, it is also possible to export data in CSV or Excel format files in case you want to work with external collaborators. You decide!
